Chathuranga Dilshan looks like a little boy, but he is actually 22 years old. Dilshan needs to be given oxygen 24 hours a day due to a respiratory complication.
Despite being 22 years old, Dilshan not only looks like a younger child due to the slow growth caused by his illness, but also he is being treated at a Children's Hospital(Lady Ridgeway) in Colombo due to his condition.
Dilshan's parents now have to pay Rs. 15,000 a month as he needs oxygen provided artifically 24 hours a day.
In addition to the oxygen cylinders, they now have to pay more than 10,000 LKR in electricity bills because of the respiratory machine. By now an electricity bill of Rs. 53,000 which is difficult to pay has been accumulated.

Can we even imagine the seriousness of this situation? Dilshan has to do everything while being connectd to the oxygen/respiratory machine. If he doesn't have enough money, he cannot breath.
